Lil Wayne'll definitely do everything in his power to make good on the claim when he plays on the first night of the annual Governors Ball Music Festival on Randalls Island. The festival runs from May 31 to June 2 and Florence & The Machine, SZA, The Strokes, Mitski, and Kacey Musgraves are all playing as well. WNYC has two pairs of VIP passes to all three days.
