Michael Chabon on Fashion and Fatherhood

Midday on WNYC | May 21, 2018

Author Michael Chabon discusses his new collection of essays, Pops: Fatherhood in Pieces. The book emerged from a piece he wrote for GQ about attending Paris Men’s Fashion Week with his teenage son. It features seven essays that interrogate contemporary notions of fatherhood and manhood in Chabon’s quintessential style.

Michael Chabon will be a 92nd St. Y/Unterberg Poetry Center Buttenwieser Hall on May 22 at 8 pm and in conversation with Julie Orringer at Greenlight Bookstore at St. Joseph’s College on May 23 at 7:30 pm.

This segment is guest hosted Arun Venugopal.
