Republicans Have Control, Can They Govern?

Ed O'Keefe, congressional reporter at The Washington Post, reports on the latest political news after the fall out of the Republicans' replacement plan for the Affordable Care Act. 

"After so many years of threatening to do something, now that Republicans have control, are they capable of governing?" said O'Keefe. "In the first big test, they failed."
