Washington Post personal finance columnist Michelle Singletary and Erin Brantley, a Senior Researcher at the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University, explore the myths and stereotypes surrounding Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act. Michelle has written about her own experiences on Medicaid as a child, and Brantley recently authored a piece debunking the myth that Medicaid expansion discourages "able-bodied" adults from wanting to work.
