New Jersey Commuters' Woes Continue

As the urgent need for infrastructure repairs at Penn Station pile up, New Jersey commuters will (continue to) face a world of pain. Larry Higgs, commuting reporter for NJ Advance Media, talks about Amtrak's plans to repair tracks in Penn Station and how it'll affect commuters. Service adjustments for NJ Transit will happen from July 7 to 25 and from August 4 to 28.
