New Energy-Efficient Streetlights Causing Sleepless Nights

The good news is that NYC is transitioning to newer, energy-efficient streetlights.

But some people complain the light is not only too bright, but also too far on the blue end of the spectrum, causing glare and sleep disruptions.

Justin Davidson, architecture critic for New York Magazine, talks about what's happening.
