Novelist Russell Banks Reflects on a Lifetime of Traveling

Novelist Russell Banks has spent his whole life traveling, and recounts some of his greatest adventures in his first nonfiction book, Voyager: Travel Writings. The collection of personal essays range from exploring the Alaskan wilderness, to interviewing Fidel Castro in Cuba. He also reflects on his four marriages and the relationships he’s had with women throughout the course of his life.

Event: Russell Banks will be speaking and signing books at Barnes & Noble (2289 Broadway at 82nd Street) on June 8th at 7 p.m.
