NYC To Expand Free Program For Three-Year-Olds

New York City is nearly doubling the slots available for three-year-olds in its free 3K program this fall. With this expansion, the city will be able to enroll about 40,000 three-year-olds in its preschool programs at city-run sites and community based organizations.
