NYC's new parks commissioner says she's prioritizing accessibility to green spaces

Spring is around the corner and a lot more New Yorkers are going to start hanging out outside soon, so we wanted to check in with the city’s recently new parks commissioner Tricia Shimamura.

She joins WNYC's Sean Carlson to talk about her priorities this year and how she will lead the city's parks department.
