Urvashi Rangan, Director, Consumer Safety for Sustainability at Consumer Reports, will discuss their latest report, "How Safe Is Your Ground Beef?" The report finds that conventional ground beef is twice as likely to contain superbugs- resistant to three or more classes of antibiotics- as sustainable beef.
