Candacy Taylor joins us to discuss her new book, Overground Railroad: The Green Book and the Roots of Black Travel in America.

Event:

There will be a launch event for Overground Railroad on January 7 at the Schomburg Center, and Candacy will be in conversation with the Schomburg’s director, Kevin Young. This event is free and open to the public.

Taylor will also be going on a national tour to nearly 20 cities and will be driving herself for all of it, as she did for her research on Green Book sites.
