Before Remote Learning, There Was Sesame Street

Long before remote learning was a citywide experiment, some people were already thinking about how to teach kids using screens. 

Linda Simensky is the head of content for PBS Kids, the home of Sesame Street, Daniel Tiger, Odd Squad, Wild Kratts and so many more shows for kids. She spoke with WNYC's David Furst about what her work has taught her about keeping kids engaged with educational material through a screen.
