Representative Pat Ryan Discusses 2024 Election Results and SALT Deduction Impact on New York

It’s Thanksgiving this week. Members of Congress are back home in their districts for the holidays. 

Pat Ryan represents New York’s 18th Congressional district. It includes Orange County, as well as most of Ulster and Dutchess Counties. Representative Ryan talked with WNYC's David Furst about the 2024 election results and how the State and Local Tax Deduction, also known as SALT, could impact New Yorkers.
