Roger Eno at National Sawdust

In 1983, Brian Eno released an album called Apollo which featured his younger brother Roger. Since that high profile introduction, Roger Eno has largely carved out his own path apart from his famous brother, although the two have continued to work together off and on over the past 40 years. Roger’s music has featured in films, theatre, and TV; he’s worked in ambient music, classical music, and rock circles (The Orb, Lou Reed, Jarvis Cocker and Beck.) And his solo albums are full of atmospheric, evocative works for piano, often with strings and electronics. Roger Eno performs at National Sawdust with ACME (American Contemporary Music Ensemble), on March 29-30.
