Saving the Village Halloween Parade

The post-Sandy blackout caused the cancellation of last year's Village Halloween parade and the organizers are still trying to recover from financial losses. Jeanne Fleming, artistic and producing director of the parade, talks about their Kickstarter campaign to raise money to make sure the tradition continues.
