Supreme Court Hears LGBTQ Work Discrimination Case

The Supreme Court agreed to hear two LGBTQ workplace discrimination cases. Gabriel Arklessenior staff attorney at the ACLU, talks about the significance of these cases and specifically the case of Aimee Stephens, a transgender woman who was fired when her employer learned she was trans.
