A lawyer for the governor says they selected a retired federal judge, Barbara Jones, to lead the review of the most recent allegation. But State Senator Liz Krueger of Manhattan says a transparent probe needs to be conducted without any ties to the governor or his allies. WNYC's Brigid Bergin reports.
