Staten Island Borough President Vito Fossella says SI still needs more help on snow cleanup

Staten Island was one of the worst hit parts of New York City during Monday’s snow blizzard. Some places on the island got 29 inches of snow! And some on the Island are saying that there is still a lot of snow in the street.
