Students With Disabilities Lost Crucial Services During Pandemic

A new report from the New York state comptroller affirms what many parents of children with disabilities have been saying for the past 18 months: remote and hybrid learning made it difficult, and at times impossible, for their kids to receive legally mandated services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and classes with two teachers.
