Stumpin' For the Trump Man

The Takeaway | Jul 6, 2016

It's almost quintessential country music romanticism: a pickup truck, a Martin guitar, a handful of songs and the open road. Add in dozens of Donald Trump rallies, and that's been the life of Kraig R. Moss for the past few months.

The 57-year-old musician from Oswego, NY sings twangy tunes like "Trump Train" with a southern drawl, entertaining rally attendees as they line up to hear the presumptive Republican presidential nominee speak. Moss says he's motivated by his son who died of a drug overdose in 2014. Trump's tough stance on protecting the border will keep illicit drugs out of the country, he says.
