It's a busy start of the year in New York politics. The first full week of congestion pricing is underway. New York state's legislative session kicked off on Jan. 8. And the governor is getting ready to host her state-of-the-state speech on Tuesday, Jan. 14. Speaking with Weekend Edition host David Furst, WNYC's state government reporter Jon Campbell brings us up to speed.
