Vidal vs. Buckley

Documentary of the Week | Jul 31, 2015

Buckley to debate left wing novelist Gore Vidal over ten nights during the Republican and Democratic conventions. Television viewers had never seen anything like it. Filmmakers Morgan Neville and Robert Gordon draw upon a treasure trove of archival footage to revisit this pivotal chapter in cultural history.
