This Week In Politics: How "Bridgegate Culture" Went National

This week, President Trump nominated attorney Christopher Wray to be the next FBI Director.

Wray was Chris Christie's lawyer during the Bridgegate investigation and the governor publicly endorsed him for the job. So while those infamous lane closures at the George Washington Bridge may have led to the unraveling of Christie's political career, for Christopher Wray, they may have led directly to a nomination.

On This Week in Politics we discuss the nomination with WNYC's Matt Katz and Andrea Bernstein, our team that covered Bridgegate for three years. Speaking with host David Furst, they also detail the many ways "Bridgegate culture" has made its way into the White House.
