This Week in Politics: Gov. Hochul digs up some money for the MTA

Governor Hochul's congestion-pricing pause has the state looking through the proverbial couch cushions to find money for the MTA.

This week, the governor announced the state would put up $54 million so the MTA can resume work on the extension of the Second Avenue subway.

But where's that money coming from?
