The first criminal charges in the Bridgegate scandal are expected to be announced today. David Wildstein, a former Port Authority official and ally of Governor Chris Christie who ordered the lane closures, is expected to plead guilty at the hearing later today. Matt Katz, reporter for NJPR, and WNYC's senior editor for politics & policy Andrea Bernstein discuss the latest.Â

David Wildstein said he did conspire with Christie & Port Authority staffers to plan & execute the closures. Pleaded guilty to two counts.
