This week New York's City Council passed a nation-leading slate of bills to improve working conditions faced by the city's food delivery workers, including minimum payments required for workers, a maximum distance per delivery, and access to restaurant bathrooms.

Ligia Guallpa, director of the Workers Justice Project, and Hildalyn Colón Hernández, director of Policy and Strategic Partnerships at Los Deliveristas talk about the fight to get to this point and where work still needs to be done.
