On Sunday, President Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani declared on Meet the Press that “truth isn’t truth” while host Chuck Todd that the president shouldn’t have to testify to prove his innocence. 

Philip Bump, Washington Post national correspondent, talks about the latest national political news and how the President's team is "scaling back" on their support for Donald Trump, Jr. now that he's been exposed to some legal problems of his own.
