Who Lives in Those Luxury Condos Anyway?

There's a new federal rule requiring companies that buy luxury condos -- like those surrounding Central Park -- to reveal the names of their shareholders, many of whom are wealthy foreign nationals. 

Pierre Debbas, a lawyer who represents some of these homeowners, pushes back against the rule. And WNYC's Ilya Marritz, who has reported on this new effort by the Treasury Department, joins to discuss.
