David Cay Johnston and Grantland staff editor Andrew Sharp discuss the issue of city and state governments regularly spending billions of dollars on professional sports stadiums, despite dubious economic benefits. It has returned to the forefront following recent NFL attempts to move a team to Los Angeles, and Wisconsin Governor, and presidential candidate, Scott Walker approving $250 million in state funds for a new arena for the Milwaukee Bucks, on the heels of cutting funds for vital services.
