NY City Council Majority Leader on transit in NYC's new budget deal

The newly approved New York City budget brings about big wins for transportation in the five boroughs.  

City Councilmember Shaun Abreu is the council's majority leader and the chair of the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. He joined WNYC's Tiffany Hanssen to talk about what the budget achieves.
