We get a preview of events including Winter JazzFest and Under the Radar Festival with Commissioner Pat Kaufman of the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment as well as a detailed discussion on the reimagined Under the Radar theater festival with director Mark Russell and participant Luke Murphy.
